LOL what he didn't tell you was what he did in his garage while it was sitting there uncovered. Mine is covered in sawdust, and often at great risk of grinder sparks/dust if I didn't cover it. But! Technically it IS stored in an enclosed garage. It's just safer outside while I'm working lol.

The random spots on that tank look like it was hit by grinder or welder sparks then sat in a humid place.
