I was shopping for a friend at the local Honda dealer and test rode a CBR250R ... other than the fact that I couldn't hear the engine running at idle, that little bike has a hell of a lot of power! I think around town, its actually a little torquier than my 700s... anyone else have any experience on this bike or is it just me? Top speed was around 80 mph uphill, A lighter rider probably could get it around 100... This thing was extremely stable, got up and went well, lots of "in town" pickup, and at the $4k mark brand new, and 77 mpg, it didn't seem like a bad deal for her first bike... anyone have any thoughts? experience?
