I had something similar on my 700S right after I bought it. The fuse for the ignition circuit just came apart and left me stranded 1 mile from home. It doesn't matter how cool your bike looks, nobody looks cool pushing it home. All the circuits tested good, the fuse tested good, I couldn't figure out what it was, until I tried twisting the two ends and it just came to pieces. So boo for pushing a bike, and hooray for cheap fixes.
