They are probably black because they are probably intermittently firing, the 
choke is on, and the engine is cold. You can't read plugs on a bike till you 
get it warmed up and take it for a quick ride to burn that stuff off.

Yes I can here that only 1or 2 cylinders are firing plus I checked the spark 
plugs and they are dry but black in color. How do I fix the rich issue.
