Here is something unusual, it is a reflective clear coat from duplicolor
which should be compatable with stock paint.

Here is what you are really looking for, they are Retroreflective
Microspheres that get added to paint.

you could either mix them into paint of your choice, or spray them down on
a base coat (black works best) and cover with a candy coat like this.
