hi there. complete novice here (but one willing to try) i was riding my bike when it seemed like the clutch was not completely out of gear as the bike would move forward with throttle but not as it should. a minute later it stopped working completely and i pushed it home.
heres what i know: clutch cable seems fine. its not broken and it moves the clutch lifter arm and clutch lifter. i have adjusted the cable at the arm, have removed the clutch cover and checked the discs and plates (honda said they were fine). the gearshift arm seems kind of stuck , engine running or off. i cannot shift gears for the most part . i know i have not explained things well, but what would you start with in terms of process of elimination? dan -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Nighthawk Motorcycle Lovers!" group.
