If you have an air compressor you can blow air between the bar and the rubber and it will inflate slightly and glide right off.

My 750 NH got off weight on me in the driveway the other day and I dumped it. Only real evidence of the fall is the left handlebar grip got scuffed. No big deal, but I bought an OEM replacement. The old one is on there tight, as it should be. Can I get it off without cutting it off? How will I get the new one on and then have it be tight? Anybody done this? First time for me.
