Price is right. Even if you did nothing more than part it out, you could probly recoup the investment easily.
Luggage rack alone is arguably worth a couple hundred. Barring anything drastic -- like a seized engine -- a new battery some routine carb cleaning and fluid changes could produce a pretty good runner.
