Red, white and blue Harley riders may not want to remember it, but H-D used to sell one-cylinder Italian Aermacchi bikes under the H-D name. And by the way, they also sold actual scooters. Google the "Harley-Davidson Topper" sometime. Also, just recently, H-D owned one of the Italian companies, MV Agusta. They sold it the same time they closed Buell.
