The Nighthawk 750 was embargoed (not sold in the U.S.) in '84, so it's
either a 700s or, if authentically a 750, brought in from another
country.  Canada most likely.

Hard to pinpoint its value.  Basically, it's worth whatever someone's
willing to pay.  As a parts bike only, maybe $500-600.  But that's
just a guess.

If you're inclined to strip it down and Ebay individual parts, maybe
more.
