No idea.

Not a bobber fan, really.  Only one I've ever seen that I thought
looked good was my uncle's 40s Indian.  He had an eye for what worked
and what didn't.  He was a talented pro with his own shop, so had lots
of resources and the bike was a kind of rolling billboard for his
business.

I don't imagine anybody builds a bobber with resale value in mind,
unless it's a high-end custom attempt.   Most of the ones you see
these days are cobbled together by shade tree types, using whatever
parts they have laying around.
