I have seen a couple people who used trailer lighting modulators to
integrate their turn signals into their tail lights. The popular one seems
to be Reese brand.

The how-to I found on a kawasaki forum I browse suggests that you leave the
ground and tail light wires uncut, only splicing in the stop and turn
signal wires.

I'm considering doing this with my own rack, as well as Hyperlites on the
rack itself.
