In that diagram, *Dg* stands for Dark Green and that is always your ground wire. Multiple circuits can share a ground so you notice a lot of them come together to a common ground which is the upside down triangle looking thing directly underneath *Ignition coil* in the upper-center of the diagram. If that one was your issue however you'd have far more not working than just your headlight and horn. If you notice there's also a ground directly underneath the *B* in *Headlight Bracket*, this is what we were talking about the component grounding itself directly to the frame. Look all inside there and around it for corrosion or rust. Also check the middle 7amp fuse at the upper-right of the diagram. And lastly, check your starter button as that disables the headlight during cranking. I can't tell from the photo, but there seems to be a line missing off of the horn button, I see DG coming off of it, and I see a marking for G, but I don't see the actual line.
