I don't think they're cleanable/reusable. Sorry, it seems that the same subject is brought up multiple times. Also, some exhaust is coming out near the exhaust pipe flange - bad gasket? and I don't know how this is possible but appears to be an oil leak under the alternator. I think this was ridden with a dirty air filter for a long while. Probably need to check the pistons and clean the cylinder block right?
