What I think is amazing is that it has the Honda windscreen, rack and center stand. He must have had all of those installed when he purchased the bike. I've only seen the Honda windscreen for sale once on eBay. Very rare parts on that bike. If I had the cash flow I'd have my cousin go buy it.
