Greetings all, I'm a newbie here and I have an issue with my 1985 NHs. Bike lost power while riding. When I hit start button, no click at ign. relay switch/coil. New batt. lights are bright but headlight goes out when i push starter switch. Does anyone have any ideas? I have the factory service manual but unclear on how ign. coils are tested. seems to show continuity test between plug wires at coil end with wires disconnected from coil but connected to plugs. seems this should be infinite resistence which is what I read but manual says 16.3 to 21.7 kohms. resistence between primary terms within spec of 2.7 ohms +/- 10%. any ideas.
