Success.

First of all, thank you all for all your help and advice.  The quick
response from you guys was incredible.

Turned out to be a fuse after all.  Glass fuse.  Visual inspection looked
good.  Continuity test passed. Turned out to have fine break.  Found it by
chasing voltage to fuse block.  Glad I took the time instead of ordering a
bunch of parts.  Still confused as to why 1 coil test according to spec and
the other doesn't though.  Just glad my baby is back up.  Gonna take a test
run and try her out.
