So after some more research I found that the cam chain noise can potentially be fixed by replacing tensioner spring (part # 14514-ME5-010). The only problem is that part is discontinued. Any suggestion on finding discontinued parts? That gasket for the oil pan was one, I ended up getting from friendly yamaha (thanks bobcat for the info).
