I have had good success in returning stuff on eBay. Often I have been refunded
without having to return items. I simply begin by not judging the sellers
motives and then by appealing to his/her good intentions and asking how I can
help in not discrediting them or giving them a bad feed back, which I honestly
don't want to do. I have had sellers who are completely uncooperative and
seemingly full of rage but just one now that I think about it. I just remind
myself now and then what my goals in life are, Graham
