There's a guy who does such, but exclusive to vintage Wings. My advice would be to mod to digital. Koso, Acewell and Digital Dakota are a few brands worth a google-up.
With a little creativity, some models could be mounted inside your speedo/tach cans if you wanted to stay stockish.
