recently purchased a '82 nighthawk. Rebiult carbs and everything on bike is great. Problem is can't get rpms below 4000. Replaced all vacuum hoses and carbs are still getting to much air. HELP! Want to ride bike, only thing holding me up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks paul
