Are you sure you don't have another problem? That was one of my first
questions when I joined this forum, and it turned out I needed to rebuild my
clutch master cylinder, I went ahead and did the slave as well as its actually
much easier then the master and might as well knock them both out, also it was
pretty corroded.
But on another note, it was suggested to me which bleeding system to
purchase and I actually purchased one, but once I rebuilt my clutch I found
that bleeding was as simple as following the instructions, I did not need and
subsequently returned my bleeding kit without opening it. I did use some
plastic tubing which was very instrumental in the process, and allows you to
collect the fluid and return it to the reservoir cheaply, easily and neatly.
Good Luck... I think in short a healthy hydraulic clutch does not require a
bleed tool. Just my two cents.

Subject: [Norton AntiSpam][Nighthawk Lovers] clutch air leak?

Hi I think I have a air leak in my clutch system. I have put a comlete
pint and a half through (about 12 resavors full) the clutch system
and I am still getting air bubbles every time I open the valve to
bleed. How can I find where the leak is at? When I pump up the clutch
I can shift gears but if I don't then it will stay in gear even if I
have the clutch lever pulled in. Any help of just crazy thoughts are
greatly appreaciated.

thank you
