I've had good results with Color-rite products.  Their stuff is
factory spec and their website includes do, don't and how-to
tutorials.

Aldo's correct about the 2-part epoxy clearcoat for gas-spill
resistance.  Spray Max is touted to be one of the best in that
category.

You don't mention color, so I'm assuming you're thinking basic black.
If so, that's good since you won't need a color coat which will keep
the cost down.  You can probly get by with one can for a tank (about
$15 I think + around $18 for clear).  The color code for Honda black
is NH1.
