Sounds like your clutch isn't releasing. Check your clutch cable adjustment.

Does anyone know why my bike would be stuck in fifth gear? Also when I pull the 
clutch in and start it the wheel turns like it is in gear? I unplugged  the 
neutral switch and took it off but it's still stuck in gear.
