Hawaii Sean, sorry to tell you that the tach on the '90s NH750 is electronic. There's no cable to replace. The fault is almost always in the head unit, usually a cold solder joint on the circuit board that breaks from vibration and just crappy materials they used. Replacement tachs are costly and hard to find. And they may break too. Maybe look into a universal one.
