Several older gents in my riding group have Burgman (Burgmen?) 650s. These folks can get their legs over a big bike anymore. The scooters are much more comfortable. They also feature enclosed storage areas to hold a bag of groceries, or whatever, yet are still capable of 200 mile highway rides at 75-80 mph, right along with the "real" bikes. Yes, the feeling is different, but if you aren't as spry as back in the day, big scooters are a viable option. We've even got one guy who sold his Goldwing and replaced it with a Burgman. He's just happy he can still ride. Jay S 93 NH750 South Florida -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Nighthawk Motorcycle Lovers!" group.
