I don't have a NH 650 so this is just a guess. I'd bet adjustable levers off a VFR800 would fit just fine. It's been my experience so far that Honda only uses Nissin master cylinders, so all brake levers will interchange. And for the clutch you basically have 2 types, hydraulic, and cable.
