The goods…..- I rode nearly daily for many years (commute) and no problems- has both side covers and a nice Sargent seat. 27,000 ish miles (see photo)- good Spitfire tires, a sissy bar I never used, nice shaft drive of the model- the price is right (just looking to clear out the garage and find it a good home/use)And the bads…..- non-running for a year….flooded out and now certainly gummy needing a carb job- rear red light cover is cracked (but I used it that way for years, and I have a better one (barely cracked) as spare)- I've only tacked it together (pillion handle, seat, sissy bar, side covers)- some surface chrome-rust- several square inch area on right rear of gas tank has a marginal paint repair (lighter color blue, visible in right side photo)And the quirks….- round mirrors vice the stock rectangular- the usual model/year anemic charging system and low fuel tankage.
