When I cleaned all of the connectors on the 79 GS1000 I just assumed it was a sealed beam unit. To my surprise it is a H4 bulb in a glass housing. I didn't know they had those back in the 70's. Seems kind of dumb why they used sealed units for the rectangular headlight cars and bikes, when they could have used H4 bulbs in them. Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
