The Hood is probably from a later model Farmall A or Cub or Super Cub - their appears to be a faded IHC logo on the front - I can't make out the lettering on the emblem on the front - Most everything else I can identify for parts are generic enough that they could have come from a number of different tractors / equipment. You wouldn't have found a seat that old on a Farmall like the hood would have come from. The engine / power train is obscured - but it doesn't look like the stock 4 cylinder water cooled power plant to me - I'd guess this was something purpose built to look old but might have modern bones underneath the skin....
