each leg to ground should be zero. measure each leg to itself is the true
test. a to b, b to c, c to a should be 5 ohms. mine was 6 ohms on each and
as long as i didnt use any extra lights or plug anything in it was just
enough to hold a charge. all three need to be 5 ohms.
