Horn works, I accidentally pressed it a few days ago. I also replaced all the fuse before posting. I checked one of the bulbs recently just to make sure that all 4 bulbs didn't burn out, the one I tested works so if the signal works then it should be flashing. I think I checked the power on the fuse box before. I will double check it just to make sure. The signal relay the nighthawk uses is a 3 prong slim connector and not like the standardized model they have now.
