Wow, glad you are alright. I had the exact same thing happen once. Flying
through the air is not fun.

Subject: [Nighthawk Lovers] bike

Hello everyone i hope the fall is treating everyone well ok heres my latest
dilema  yesterday i rode my 750 nighthawk up to rangely maine from my home its
about a three hr ride give or take so i left there at 5 pm to ride home about
15 or 20 mins into the ride i came into several s turns on the road now i have
driven through them many times however today i admit i was going a bit fast but
i managed to slow the bike down but the turning and weight drove me towards the
soft shoulder of the road and the front tire went into the soft dirt then bingo
away i flew over the handelbars into a pile of rocks face forst chin first i
did have my fullface helmet on thank god for that  needless to say that sucked
i cut the top of my nose with my sunglasses my left ankle very sore scraped my
knee today my neck left arm hurt like hell mushed my chin into the front of
helmet dam   i guess for anyone who does not belive in helmets well i sure do
now  broke my windsheil
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO GET A CHEAP REPLACEMENT WINDSHEILD the hardware is
still on the bike for it all i need is the sheild with the inserts u plug the
harware into   gene from maine
