While I guess it is possible it would be easier if you just remove them, its
only the triple clamp bolts holding them in.

Subject: [Nighthawk Lovers] 84 Honda Nighthawk CB650SC

HELLO AGAIN...Stupid question alert again...sorry...anyway:

This weekend, I will be working on REPLACING my fork seals...one of them is
completely dry rotted...only reason I am replacing them...so...I've been
researching how to do this...and my stupid question is this:

...is it possible to replace the seals on a Nighthawk without completely
removing the FORKS?

...can I just remove the lower forks, replace the seals, and then put the
lower forks back on?

...I keep looking at it...and it seems that it should be possible...but I
don't know...so I came to the place where I can get the best advice...

OK...be back in a minute...
