Jason took his 82 nighthawk and I took the GS. We did about 150 miles worth of 
back roads. Luckilly we made it home before Jason's battery went dead as his 
charging rotor took a dump somewhere along the way. The plus side is that we 
figured out the high speed stumbling it was doing. We removed the airbox door 
and used fender washers to hold in the air filter.
