If you twist the throttle with the choke on does it rev up or start to die? If it revs then your idle screw is probably too low. If it dies then you probably didn't clean the carbs well enough or you have an air leak. What did you set the pilot screws to? I'd try 3 turns out from bottom as that seems to be the setting unless your at high altitude.
