They all did their level best to hijack or even one-up the original Harley design. Some people would call that capitalism. I call it conformism. But hey...what do I know? Again, to each his own. I'm not against Harleys, per se...but I have to confess I have been disappointed to see the motorcycle industry lose its collective appetite for creativity and style and just blindly build bikes to fit what I consider to be a rather restrictive design. But...I know that dollars speak the loudest and with a doubt, the v-twin, retro 1940s styling certainly has obviously won the American heart.
