I didn't know they had different pegs. The ones I've used on my VFR, Javier's CBR, and my brother's NH750 are all aluminum and drop down about 3/4 inch.
These look like the ones: http://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=171343958665 Now on the nighthawk there is a piece of steel on the peg mount that needs to be ground if you want the peg to kick up which I highly suggest. You have to file them a bit more on a nighthawk so they aren't as strong as they are on a VFR or CBR so you'll want them to kick up or else they could break.
