Thanks Allen. Guess I forgot to mention that it only leaks while
running. I understand that the petcock only flows when engine vacuum is
present, so that seems to indicate that the petcock is functioning properly.
Just tried starting it up today, and all I got was another puddle of gas
dripping down from carb 2.
Service records show a carb kit installation of part number "1003-0137"
in March '13. The part number seems to be aftermarket K&L. Not sure
what to try now besides replacing with OEM gaskets.

You probably had a piece of grit holding a float needle open. Also check
the petcock diaphragm as it is there to prevent that.
