Ok, so I took out the filter. Looks in good shape and obviously not very old after-market INA filter. Gonna ride without it to see if any difference. However, there is an oily substance pooling in the box, very light, and the filter has some on lower half, ie running down. Only a misting, but it is red in color. What is this and why?
