Hi Roger! I'm also an European Nighthawker and the dealerships also here
(Spain) are expensive as hell. I always try to find parts through ebay from
east Europe suppliers, or order directly from America (partzilla.com slow
but OEM parts) and fordward them through a carrier (shipito.com).

I cannot help you with the carburetor cleaning directions, but I recommend
you to go to your local non-branded workshop and ask them. Normally they've
the contacts to send it to proper place and get back cleaned and, normally,
is not too expensive ;)
