Well the po must have had the carbs off and done some work on them and didn't get the screws tight and one day it came out and sucked it in he said it was reving up and when I took the carbs off that was what I found. No you have to pull the motor to pull the head off and yes depending on the damage I plan to rebuild over the weekend
