When I lived on the mainland I spent allot hours on a mountain bike, I raced for a couple of years, I really don't see how this would fit. Almost all the mountain bike trails are illegal for anything with a motor - even electric these days. So you'd be on the trains that are open to motorcycles. When I was racing bikes we really avoided trails where motorcycle were allowed. I couldn't imagine being on a trail and have some guy on a big KTM come flying up behind me. Also, it's 125cc's. In Hawaii that's a motorcycle so you don't get the moped / scooter benefit either.
