OK a plug chop is put it in a high gear and give it full throttle then hit the kill switch as you pull in the clutch. Pull over and look at the plugs. That is the only way to see if f your lean/rich at WOT. Unless you have a gas anaylizer. Backfire at the carbs or exhaust?
