No power issues but it does kind of pop/cackle at low speeds.. Like 2nd gear going 15-20.. It does idle at 1000 but wil idle up to 1200 for a quick second then back to 1000. Kind of an up and down, which I've tried adjusting with the throttle cable and the adjuster at the bottom of the carbs. But seems like no matter where the idles set it will still idle up 100-200 rpm more then right back to the set idle..
