I'd have to look at a parts fiche but I think that is the starter clutch
cover. I'd hit it with some oven cleaner and a hose to get it clean then
see exactly where it is leaking and how badly. If it is just a slow
weeping, that doesn't cause drips when parked then I'd just leave it be.
