You might just need to clean the carbs. I'd suggest the CB1100F. It is basically your nighthawk on steroids, with fuel injection. The Yamaha FZ-07 might be a similar replacement but more sporty, the FZ-09 or Kawasaki Z1 are down right brutes, a Yamaha FZ1 or Suzuki bandit 1250 have half fairings and are standards. Then there is the versus, or NC700 if you want a commuter with bags.
