Sanna, kind of difficult to answer this broad question.  If you have mechanical 
skills, it can be very simple.  If you just don't, well it gets problematic.

But to address your question, I would suggest getting the right oil filter, 
draining the oil, and replacing.  Check the quantity in your manual but also 
check the stick.  You do not normally need to replace the oil plug, but put it 
on snugly.  If you have a torque wrench, use it.

Only use the recommended spark plugs!  Remove one or two at a time so you don't 
swap the wires.  Do NOT over tighten these as you can really mess up the 
threads, and believe me, you don't want to do that!

Check other fluids and service.

Nothing on these bikes is magic.  Pretty basic stuff and generally easy to do.
