If I recall correctly that wrench icon just indicates that the fastener in
question needs to be tightened to the torque value given in parenthesis.

A solidly fitting wide screwdriver, or better yet a bit that can fit on
your ratchet, will make short work of that plug. I believe the pad pin
underneath it takes an allen bit as well.
