I'm going to pull them and run them threw the ultrasonic cleaner. Also I find with non serviceable float needle seats it's best to polish them with a Q-tip and a fine polish like autosol. Really helps seat them.
I found a step by step that shows how to remove the starter clutch without cracking the engine open. Going to pull starter and inspected ring gear first.
